In honour of Black History Month, please join us at the Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library for an evening presentation with local artist and author Tony Miller. Listen as he shares inspiration about his art, his book “Daddy Hall: A Biography in 80 Linocuts” and learn about his family history. Registration required.
