Want to paint outdoors in the tradition of Tom Thomson and the Group of 7? Come and interpret nature firsthand in the great outdoors. Spend the day at a rustic local farm with beautiful vistas in all directions. Start with some sketching exercises in the morning leading up to an acrylic landscape painting in the afternoon. You will learn to paint from nature and represent a landscape with confidence. Composition, perspective and colour mixing for nature will be covered along with proper use of acrylic paints, mediums and brushes.
