Artists Talk at Grey Roots: Tony K Miller

Artists Talk! – where community engaged artists share their stories and work.
The Artists Talk! events run from Wed Feb 6 through to Mar 19 at Grey Roots Museum & Archives. These are Lunch and Learns – the cost is $20 for a light lunch at 1pm followed by the talk at 1:30pm.

Tony K MIller is a descendant of Freedom Seekers on the Underground Railroad. He explores his history and identity to create award-winning visual narratives in his paintings, linocuts and sculptures. Tony says, “Beauty is the ultimate form of protest.” Black history is our history here – we’re delighted to hear Tony during Black History Month!
