Opening Reception for Metamorphosis: A Solo Show of New Work by Raquell Yang

We are delighted to welcome Raquell Yang back to Grey Gallery for a solo exhibition featuring original and innovative works of art in multiple media. Raquell was one of the first artists who exhibited with us, and we continue to be impressed by the technical skill, creativity and all-out passion she puts into her art. She plays with both eastern and western techniques and approaches in her work, often incorporating her trademark metal leafs. This new series of works speak deeply about the human condition, but always with compassion and a hint of humour.
